 Three Rabbit Sleeping Positions

1. The flop

Flopping occurs when rabbits are extremely relaxed and comfortable in their environment. Don't be worried if you see your rabbit in this position. It is a very good sign that they enjoy living in their habitat. It may look like this:

2. The loaf

Loafs occur often, when your bunny is relaxed. Since it is called a loaf, it makes your bunny look like a loaf of bread. They get into this position by putting their legs under their body, like cats also do when they are sleeping.

3. Sleeping Standing Up

When your bunny sleeps standing up, they are very aware of their surroundings. They don't sleep like this for long periods of time. You can tell that they are sleeping because of their relaxed eyes, and most of the time, their noses stop twitching while they are asleep.
