Oreo's Dillema

Oreo the dog was taking a long snooze under her family’s kitchen table, which had a ton of food on it. At five forty-five PM, the family went bowling and left Oreo at home. The dog dreamed of deliciously fresh bananas, because bananas were her favorite fruit. Also, she wondered when her family was coming home. During her snooze, Oreo hoped she wouldn't be alone for too long, and that her family would return home soon.

At six fifteen, Oreo woke up and realized the food on the table was gone! Instead, it was all splattered on the floor. She wondered what happened because she was sure the food had been on the table there when she fell asleep. Oreo, who was confused, remembered she heard a crash while she was sleeping. Oreo still wondered where the food had gone.

When the family returned at seven o’clock, they were shocked, to see no food on the table. They thought that Oreo had caused the horrible mess. The dad said that they should just order sushi. Later, the parents, who learned that their kids trashed the food to get sushi, while the parents were looking for something in the car before they left, apologized to Oreo. Because the kids stole the food, they were grounded for three days. Oreo was happy that her parents were’t mad at her anymore, and they all lived happily ever after.
