 A Home For Your Bunny

Today's post is about proper housing for rabbits. First of all they should live indoors. Indoor rabbits live longer. Where they live in your house is up to you, but rabbits should NOT live in small cages. A rabbit living in a cage would be like putting a human in a closet. Rabbits should live in a large place, like a exercise pen for dogs. (as shown in the picture below)  


Your rabbit should have a nice towel or blanket for traction. The towel(s) should be 100% cotton, but if they chew the towel, use a rug that is tightly weaved instead. They should have a hidey house for when they want to hide. They should have plenty of toys, a litter box with unlimited hay, and food and water bowls.
