Fading, by Abella Atta (Contributor)
Fading
When I'm standing next to you, I pray you won't fade away.
You're my daylight, you're my stars.
I don't know what I'd do when you evaporate, day by day, night by night, you struggle and fight.
Through all your pain, you make a way to find your way home.
But when I saw you sleeping so peacefully, how could I wish you wake up to all that agony and suffering?
