 A Daydream, Written By Makaila Odoom

I stop and stare,

Out my window pane.

I see kids playing,

Birds singing.

I wonder what it would be like,

If I too, could fly like the birds.

I’d soar over mountains,

Explore new places.

It would be wonderful,

And exquisite.

And so I sit and have this pleasant daydream,

As I look out my window.
